Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all Chirp™ hangtags remain securely attached.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
